Right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you bought a frame with the standard plate (the Grand Prix name, no custom text), you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To do it, email gcarieri49@gmail.com with your name, order date and the words "I withdraw from my order". You can use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.

Send the frame back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging if possible. The cost of sending it back is yours. We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of your email, with the same payment method. We may wait to refund until the frame is back with us or you send proof that you shipped it.

Custom plates can't be returned

A frame with your own text on the plate is made to your specification, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to it (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(c); EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(c)). That's why we send you a preview of the plate before we print it. The legal guarantee below still applies in full.

Legal guarantee

Every frame has the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Italian Consumer Code, art. 128 and following). If it has a defect or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo: we repair it, replace it or refund you, at our cost.

Damaged in transit

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the frame and the box, and we send a new one.
